Lowtax (SA owner) hates people who steal bandwidth so when you pirate a picture from his site you DONT get the pic you wanted, you geta horrible disgusting picture (like that ******* there) in it's place.

Since your computer has like "kitty.jpg" or whatever in your IE cache, you still see the picture you thought it was LMAO!
