Well I was not exactly enthused about just sitting in the house and hitting keys on a keyboard , so after a day at work and trying to convince these guys on mazdamp3.com to go with a battery pack suplied camera than a AA camera .. I decided to go down to manhattan and take a few shots .. well here is what I did ,, just playing around ,, it was raining , but what the heck , gotta get wet sometimes ... I had to rest the camera on a Concrete divider due to slow shutter speeds...

ALL the pics you guys posted are awesome, but this has got to be my favorite one. Where was it taken from ?

 

It was from the top of the Empire State Building. I like it a lot but I think it would have come out a lot better if it wasn't or those stupid diagonal lines in the image. Stupid camera.

 

They are only visible on the top so it's not that bad. The pic still kicks ***!
