odd question

ok i have a 94 escort gt with the bp 1.8 in it now its got about 157k on it and ive noticed the power seems to have faded away ,as in the feeling of the cams, it just doesnt feel right ive driven other gt's ,what can i do to figure out what the problem is, so one told me it could be the computer, someone said the valves....im about clue less

my guess is use piston rings resulting in lost compression and oil consumption.

Also, if you've put those 157K or most of them on it, you are at one with your car, even if you drive other GTs, they'll still feel different. Only true test is the dyno.

i mean more like the power band thing its not there any more i did a comp test a few months ago and it was fine imm talking about the kick at around 3-4k rms

tune up- not even a month ago....so should i worry about bottom end cause ill go rip a head with intake and everything off for like 75 -100?? the one i looked at has 104k
