question about "Training Day" (the movie) [Spoiler involved]
just watched Training Day. got a question:
why did Alonzo want Jake dead? Jake didn't want his cut of the money ... so why!?!
or did i miss something?

I haven't seen the movie in about 6 months but if I remember correctly, it's because Alonzo was afraid Jake was going to rat him out.
Since he didn't take the money, he wasn't apart of the "team" so he had to be eliminated.
