I just wanna know why do some states have the SRT-4 already and some don't.

I went to the dodge dealership, in Maryland, to test drive the SRT-4 and he said that they will not be in until June. I was "Are you sure?". He said "positive". Then he said that "there aren't any Dogde dealers in Maryland with the SRT-4s as of yet."

After this, I am totally confused. Are they out? If so, what states do have them?
