I am soooo glad I got my P5 when I did. Although the extra power the new one will have would be nice.

On a side note, is that one of those 'nut pads' on the seat I've seen in Infinity G35's?

I think it would look better as a sedan. The front end looks good but Im not too crazy about the rear.

the back looks too much like the honda s2000, the rear quarter window looks like it came from the nissan murano and pontiac vibe, the front looks nice, the interior looks good minus the toyota matrix gauges. the rest of the interior is very nice, just the gauges get me.

overall, i don't like it. if they rounded the rear quarter windows instead of making it angle forwards, the car would look so much better. if they kept the gauges standard instead of those tubie looking things, i would really like it.

let's just say i'm glad i got the p5 when i did.

Man, what's wrong with you guys? This car is tight as hell. It's only common for car companies to take styling cues from each other(though they'll never admit it), but you have to admit that the 3, 6, millinia and the RX-8 are all good looking cars. Now, the Tribute and MPV could use some work. What caught my eye from the beginning were the duals which let me know one important thing, POWER!!! You guy aren't giving Mazda any credit at all. IMO, Mazda's been working their asses off and came out with not 1, but 3 new re-designs in less than a year. Come on now. Give them their props. It's all about moving forward.

Not power. The illusion of power.

werd. The s2000s lose power from having duals, they sell single-exhaust kits for them to get that power back. Duals probably don't help the torque (or lack there of) either.

this is the MX Sportif concept. I doubt the production 3 will have duals.

mind you, the 4-cyl mazda6 can be ordered with duals so maybe it will be a possibility.

still all show though.

Yes, duals on an inline 4 (one bank of cylinders) is not only a waste of money, it's counterproductive. I personally hope that's one detail that doesn't make production. It might look cool at first glance... until you realize that the one pipe back is probably split somewhere beyond the resonator. It will be harder to give this car a sporty sounding exhaust note with two tips. You cut the velocity in half dividing it into two pipes. Trying to make a nicer sound by welding on two straight-through mufflers won't get you very far sound-wise either, and will cost you even more torque.

Well, I think it's one of the best compact cars out there even if it's just a concept. Soon it'll be a reality.

I second that...I love it. I think it looks beautiful and agressive at the same time.

WHAT'S TAKING SO LONG FOR THE SEDAN

Well the interior looks nice....and the back looks ok, but that's about it. I'm just glad I got mine when I did too!!!

Although the 2 exhausts look nice, unless it's real, they are useless!!! In fact they make me want to smack some stickers and a spoiler on the car to see if I can get even more horsepower out of it!!
