Messy Trunk

Hi

I have some stuff on my trunk like plastic bottles with liquids to clean the interior of my car, soap, windshield cleaner y also have a flash light, tools. Car chamois ect, well all that junk move around all the time making noises and every time I open the trunk is all a big mess.

I tried putting everything in a plastic bin and is not helping, the bin flip over and stuff fly around.

Guys what can I do to keep my trunk neat and avoid all that stuff flying all over the place?

Thanks

Alex

Why ElzAvjR because is a silly question?

I know that they must sell devices to hold stuff on the trunk in place and I don't want to go out and buy the first thing some one try to sell me at a store, I preffer to listen some opinions and go and buy the right device

i took a rubbermaid plastic bin, threw all my junk in there, and used a bungee cord to hold it down. i had the same problem with crap flying around everywhere, but now it all stays in place.

ok, simply, if you have ALOT of stuff, and just bungees won't work, use a milk crate, run a bungee through the bottom of that and load that **** up... might be tough, but it works... i still do that. or usually, just a milk crate is enough to keep every thing from sliding around crazy like all over the trunk, no bungees needed... depends on how you drive, depends on how much ****
peace

cause you never know when you're going to suddenly need to pull over on the highway and change your oil, flush your radiator, clear off 2 feet of snow, clean your windshield, jump your car, set yourself on fire and find the lug nut that you dropped changing to your spare
1 gallon of anti-freeze
4 quarts of oil
2 ice scrapers
1 gallon of windshield washer fluid
4 road side flares
1 pair of jumper cables
3 flashlights
4 extra batteries
and a big retail box of trident gum
... in no particular order

edit: oh yeah, two amps and box of 2 10's... bout an additional 100lbs worth of bullshit to clop around in the trunk

I have nothing visible in my trunk above the spare tire compartment. The paretire compartment ahs a spare, jack, and lug wrench. I don't want a pile of junk in my trunk and work hard to keep it that way. Same for the inside offf my car. It grosses me out when people have fast food wrappers and soda bottles scattered all over thier cars. It also stinks, literally.

In my trunk I have an empty cardboard box, my factory stereo, and, um, thats about it. I keep the factory stereo in the trunk so that it's always with the car. That way, if I ever sell the car, I can put the factory stereo back in and keep mine.

I got a trunk organizer from LL Bean Xmas 2002 when the car was just a few months old. I can not for the life of me find it on their web page anymore, but the thing is great. It has a non-slip bottom and hold my washer fluid refill, some tools, my mag light, and other crap just great!
