Sorry, But I had to say it. Corolla's suck ***! They always get in the way. Everytime I get in the fast lane, her comes a damn corolla to cut me off. If there is every a situation were Someone is driving like a complete moron....its usually a corolla. I can't tell if its the car or the drivers anymore. I did meet one good corolla driver once, he decided to race me and got "it" handed to him. It was just too much fun. I don't think Ill be messing around with the newer type s' though. Who knows, I might have some fun. ****, i'd race a viper just to see it go fast!! he he

 

The newer one is the Corolla S. It's a Corolla with a body kit and a sportier interior. But still I think it can take our 2.0L out.

I dunno about Corollas smoking the 2.0s. My buddy has a 2001 Corolla (automatic) and when we raced, it wasn't even funny.

I've also raced him in my mom's 2000 Protege ES (auto), and still beat him.

Ditto on the Corollas always in the way though. Around here it's always Corollas trying to merge the freeway at 40 mph, and going 65 in the fast lane.

 

i have the same problem, in the fast lane its always a corrola doing 65 MPH and then i always get cut off on the city streets by mustangs all the time it never fails. must be cause there are about as many mustangs as civics around here.

 

I was just trying to make sure I wasn't alone on this thought. I never said they could beat us. But they usually are in the way. If you never noticed it before, watch on your way home or out tonight. You'll see. It always happens. So it is my civic duty to smoke by them and laugh, especially as one of them punches the gas and all they see are my tailights!!! HE HE

i rear-ended some twit in a corolla slamming on his brakes cause he failed to pay attention to the road, and instead was on a cell phone. and it happend 2 weeks after i got my drivers liscence... thats in the way... LITERALLY!
