auto or man. does it make a diff?

ok i own a 90 sohc 5 spd protege and the question is, i need a new radiator so i call the local salvage shop and they say they have only automatic rads,

so me being desperate for a fix am wondering will an automatic radiator with the tranny coolin line work ok or better in my manual???? thanks

I think the Lx automatic rad actually is bigger ..Jon

It cools a little better as far as I know. Shouldn't be that big of a difference though.
