WTF? It's got 20 miles on it and is pre-owned? Did somebody just decide they hated it? What's the deal with that?

Also note that it says "New" in the basic product description. Maybe the text below is a form they copy-paste onto all of their auctions, and forgot to get rid of the "...bear in mind that you are purchasing a pre-owned vehicle..." part.
