I found this link http://mortis.newcougar.org/sidemarkers/ on the net which features replacement sidemarkers for the Mercury Cougar. They are offered in other colors as well. Hopefully these are the same as the MP3. I think I'm going to give them a shot.

 

those dark blue ones would look sweet on a blue mp3!

okay here its ..... the side markers look ike a possible donor ... they side markers that MORTIS sales are cool you can get them in smoke or clear w/ chrome back round and any other that he sales let me know if you want some that way i can email him to see if we all can get a discount

 

As luck would have it...I got my hands on a pair of clear Cougar sidemarkers. Bad news is that they dont fit....figures. The clips on the back are different from the ones on the MP3. If the ones that Mortis are selling are identical to the OEM one's, then I'm afraid that they wont fit. I appreciate you looking into this for me.
