Question Won one or lost one?

just finished racing a ~92 (?) Honda Prelude. Black, with exhaust, intake, and a nice system. hehe. anyways, we were at the light, and i could tell this guy thought his car was put together by god. so i was like whatever. hehe. we're both behind cars and he's reving. "blah to you" i think to myself. well, my turn came up, made a right. as i look in the rear-view, he comes out of the "going straight" lane and turns too. IT'S ON!

i stop in the middle of the road (no one on it) and blink my brake lights. VROOM! as his cherry bomb exhaust gets closer. it was a rolling start, they suck, but ohh well. im in 2nd, keep it there with the shifter (i have an auto), get to 5000 RPM and throw 3rd, in the middle of third he has about half a car length infront of me. end of third, i was half a car infront of him. beginning in forth, he zippes by. **** i ease up on the accelerater. car accelerates slow when you drown it (mine, not sure if it's usual). he has like a 4th of a car length in front of me, and drops the brakes down. (the light ahead was red) he did it too soon though.

i of course braked later, and got to the light on time.

not sure what to make of it though. him me him me him me ?

ohh well. nice to know that my little protege isnt such a b!tch after all.

kept up with a HONDA! YAY!
