i dont have skunk2, but i have Ground control coilovers. and i can tell you that no matter what you lower your car with, you are gonna need struts. you may get away with just getting springs and not buying struts for a while, but it wont take long til they blow out. its probably easier to just wait and get it all at the same time and install the new struts and springs together.

Hello. I have the skunk2', and dont expect much. They will slam your car, and you can drive across the U.S. on interstates, but once you get into city streets.....you have to really be careful. I have never raised mine up since I put them on, just put them on all the way down and left it. Went to a rim shop yesterday and took my rear wheel off, to see if the guy had anything too tuck, and my coilovers were nasty. They would need a lot of cleaning before I think I could even turn them. If you want to go an inch or so, get Eibach, but if want to slam the dog out of it and don't care much about ride, get the skunk2'. HOpe this helps. Later

P.S. Put every wheel I could find and nothing tucked, even a +45 Mkw....but did tuck the new 19" Axis Wheel Site Mesh II. Looked killer, but much bank....
Later on...
