Pinstripe Trouble!

I hate the pinstripe on my 94 protege. I know you can take it off. Any one know how, w/o scratching the paint?

Be prepared to STILL have a stripe there, though.

If those stripes have been there for a long time, the paint underneath will not have "aged" due to UV rays like the rest of the car. If you peel the stripes, you might have "ghost" stripes underneath - like the way your wrist looks if you don't take off your watch and get a sunburn.

On a '94, such a thing might be pretty pronounced and noticeable. You've been warned!
