This thing defintely looks like it's going to be a winner. What I'm surprised with is the interior quality. Looks very classy and well put together, even though Ford had some involvement in it.

Mazda: do the same type of development and put the same amount of effort into engineering the next Mazda3, and I will have no problem with Ford's involvement.

That car looks sooo tight. Its awesome. I want one extremely bad, but I doubt I'll be able to get one. Maybe when I get out of school.

I thought all Mazdas came with cd players. Why did they revert back to the tape player? No one buys them anymore. We have CD-Rs now. Besides, it's NEVER been an option. Why now? Even the Protege DX comes with a cd player as standard. What's the deal?

Eh, actually what I was trying to say is that the interior looks like it has the quality of a Mazda, not a Ford. The last time Ford helped Mazda w/ an interior, it came out looking cheap and crappy.

Mazda Tribute

Look all the Ford switchgear and plastics! :ukes:: Has anyone ever sat in one of these? Doors slam tinny, car doesn't feel substantial at all.

I think the reason it doesn't have a CD player is because it's supposedly a Euro-spec bare bones model.

The interior looks sweet, there's a problem though, where the hell is one suposed to put an aftermarket HU in? I hate those "blended" dash/HU things.

What's the compartment above the HU? An extra storage bin or something?
