1st, thank you to the developer of this web site.....nice job.

Being so thrilled that I got a Mazda Pro 5, I really would like to share knowledge on how to better perform our cars and what shops are the bomb places to go for parts, installations, audio and so forth. A little more about myself goes as follows:

I have been racing since 17, well racing R/C gas powered 1/12 and 1/10 scale cars. At 21, I got a 00' Civic SI. In the process of selling my scale gas powered cars to better perform my SI, it got stolen. Not even 2 months and bam---it was gone. It took me a while to get back into R/C cars or even into BIG toy cars. Money was a factor. Now that everything is going well, I would like to start again. To be honest with you... all I see is fixed up Hondas and Acuras.... don't get me wrong, they look nice, but it got boring. So enough with my jibber jabber, is anyone open-mined, down and true to meet in So CAL? Let me know.

Darryl and I are at every event. Unfortunately, we keep scaring people off. Fortunately, we got Darryl interested before he could get scared off.

If you come out on Saturday, you can probably get a ride with someone. Darryl didn't get in to the practice, but I have to be there (I'm in charge of safety ), and may even get a chance to run. But there are other's happy to give rides, including Z-06 Vettes and other insanely fast cars. Definitely come out either or both days.

 

really? other people will just give you a ride on a run?? that sounds a little odd, but cool as hell. Especially if its an insanely fast car. I only weigh like 120 pounds anyway, haha. But that sounds dope dude, ill proly come down and check it out, ill also show you guys my ride. i wanna run eventually, but gotta learn more about it, i know jack ish about autoX right now..

The rides only apply to Saturday. Passengers are allowed at practices. Some drivers are **** about passengers, but others are more than happy to scare the crap out of a someone with the hope of bringing them into the sport.

My car is a silver 1st-gen. Most of the day I'll be stuck wearing a day-glo green vest that says "Safety" on the back (it's not a job...it's a P.I.T.A )

 

I think I might show up for this one, considering its not too far of a drive.. Who knows maybe I'll run in STS again
