Centercaps...yes they are. However, I have to get new lugs and I've been lazy. Also, the thread on the centercaps doesn't seem to fit right on the thread of the rims cause they're a pain to get on. Once I get the new lugs, I'll give it a shot again.
Rubbing? No rubbing. The rear was lower actually prior to these pics. The rear is probably an inch and a half from the top (or highest) setting. The fronts are about half and inch from the lowest setting. Offest on the rim is +45 on a 17x7.
As for lowering...it's probably about 2 1/2 inches lower than stock ride height.

actually...
The car is sitting evenly to the ground, front to back. However, if you look closely at your P5, the rear fender sits lower than the front ones. Most cars are actually made like this. It's really evident in Beamers.
