I bought mine in Kentville. The Sales Manager there is named Trevor and I know the parts manager very well. A great bunch of people with a no hassle attitude and great service.

Pics.... hmmm well I've been meaning to take some... but my car is dirty and I won't post pics of a dirty car Actually I need to take to time to post some pics but since you've asked I'll see what I can do this week.

Can anyone recommend an auto insurance agent here in metro?
I never had any accidents/tickets, but my biggest offense is that I never had insurance before and I'm licensed in Canada for only 4 years. So far, I checked 6 agencies and the best I was quoted was $3,400!!!!!

Umm I got mine through Meloche Monnex for a decent rate... can't remeber exactly how much but I think it was about $1200. I graduated from MSVU so we get a group insurance thing. You should call them and ask if you apply for any group insurances if you haven't already.

 

Thanks. The $3,400 quote was from Meloche Monnex and that was the best one I got so far. I graduated from SMU. They said that once I have had my license for 5 years (which will be in April 2003) my insurance will drop to $2400 and once I turn 25 (next September) it will decrease to $1200. That means that for the next year my insurance will be around $2900. (6 months @ $3400 annually + 6 months @$2400 annually). The problem is that I need money more now than I will 12 months down the road.

 

Anyone else, or is this all of us?

Well, after trying hard to get a P5, I have found a co-signer, but my car had to be a Toyota. So, now I drive 2003 Toyota Corolla CE. I have to say it's a very nice car. I got an automatic. Now, before you scream "WHAT?!", let me explain. My mom likes the car and she'll keep it. So, hopefully, I'll be able to afford the car I really want: VW GTI 1.8T 20th Anniversary Edition!!!
