Honda Owner's

I guess not all Honda owner's, just this one confuses me. I was looking around on car domain, and there is a guy, or girl who modified their accord (with a body kit and all) to make it look like an EVO...correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that EVO's are a type of Mistubishi, a Lancer actually.

I couldn't help thinking, if he/she wanted an EVO, or a car that looks like an EVO why would they have purchased an accord?

I just don't get it. I wanted a protege, so I bought a protege, I never even considered buying a civic or something an modifiying it into a protege.

Maybe my next car will be an RX7...well really it will still be my protege but I'll mod it to look like an RX7 (I know it's not really possible, just go with me here).

Only crazy honda drivers...same dudes that put a type-R badge on a DX with one sideview mirror....real inconspicuous like.

The same also goes with Altezzas then too. If you want the look of the light, buy a Lexus.

It's not just Honda owners. I've seen a new Z24 with a tuned by TRD banner across the windshield. WTF. Or a Geo metro with Type R badge. You can't explain it, just laugh at it.

not sure but i believe that in japan toyota and chevy kinda merge somewhat to help sell the cars. the crapalier is in the toyota line up in japan. at least thats what i read in one of the tuner mags. this guy had like the only body kit for the chevy cav. and he got the last one so im not sur ebut i do know thats what i read. that would explain the toyota and chevy phenomenon. now the civic and the evo thing i dunno. but i do know im bout to do a 2002 celica front end on my mx-3. i like the way the front looks but the back of the celica is just too plain. oh well at least ill have nice headlights that are new and clear.

anyways just thought id help.

you are correct sir

its actually the Toyota Cavalier, they make TRD intake, Exhuats, and Body kit for it. Just to show you that Toyota and GM have a merger look at the new Pontiac Vibe and the Toyota Matrix, same motor, same form, same platform, wierd huh? geeeee i wonder why. Same with the previous model Toyota Corrola and Geo Metro (GM owns Geo, btw) or is it the Chevy Metro now? I forgot, but if you pop the hood on the Metro, bam, it says toyota, its like buying a Acura and the motor saying Honda on it.

just a lil info, you can find more on www.j-body.org
