Ah Need More Horsey Power!!!

I just recently got a new Protege ES and I am luvin it!!!
I basically running stock, unless u count Altezza's and a strut bar, mods. I am looking to get an intake and an exhaust, and I am just wondering if any of you will share your experiences with your cars. Basically what I'm looking for is an exhaust and intake that will generate the greatest increase in horsepower, while not leaving my wallet completely empty (which it already nearly is). Any input from you guys would be greatly appreciated. Also, I'd love to see sound clips and pictures of your exhausts or intakes.

Also, just a question for those who can answer, what is the difference between a TURBOCHARGER and a SUPERCHARGER?
I know I should have posted this question in the forced induction section, but just for the sake of my convienience, I'll leave it here.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

njaremka is on a distinguished road
for an intake: AEM or Injen (basically same price within $20)
for an exhaust: Bosal (the least expensive cat-back exhaust)

a TURBOCHARGER gets its spinning power from escaping exhaust gasses.
a SUPERCHARGER gets its power from a belt spinning of your engine.

which one you prefer, you will have to decide. the SUPERCHARGER gives the impression of a larger displacement motor. (instant linear power) the TURBOCHARGER will give a higher peak horse power gain, but can sometimes be 'peaky'.
