Websites?!?

I have been checking out the web and now realize that there are so many sites for 'our' cars. It takes all day to get through them all and people are usually on more than one site. Sometimes 3 or 4. That's silly. 'You'll' need a lot of time to be going though all those sites. Can't we some how get everyone onto one site and organize this all a little better. To me, having this many websites is a waste of space. Hell, I am still trying to get people over from Vancouver's website. I really see no point to it: having so many websites on the same topic. Maybe I am wrong then don't worry about it. Does anyone else feel overwhelmed by all this info?

As for this site. I am leading by example. I am staying put and I hope more join. If help is needed by the Admins, I hope they ask. I like the set up here. It is easy to use, even for a novice. I know I have learned a lot from all of you. I like it here: I'm staying. IF YOU DON'T CARE THEN SORRY TO HAVE WASTED YOUR TIME. L8R. Thanks for letting me vent.

P.S. Admins, I wasn't sure where to put this.

I believe what might help are 'links' to the other websites here. I have heard rumors from other members that the Admins won't do that because they don't won't to or some other reason. I am sure one of the Admins will speak up and correct me.

Sounds like a good idea and would be pretty cool but to me that seems impossible. This is the biggest website out there and everyone is welcome to join it. I don't see why you are worry about this.......

There isn't really that much for us first genners but this and the protegetech mailing list which is just a plain pain in the ***.

For the 3rd gen I know of
protegemp3.com
protege5.com (if I remember correctly)
msprotege.com (? I think)

but those three actually are all the same forum.
It seems like there are some knowledagble people there, but there are also the real stupidheads... take a look at the flamewars section . And also it's 3rd gen only so it doesn't really matter to me.

There is also mpsport.net which is a candian club for the protege, i think mostly 3rd gens, I've never really checked it out though, so don't take my word for it. The forum is down right now so I can't check. I see that mazspeedpro posts there too though
