No. It works. If the body has a decent amount of urine (as in the person would have to go to the restroom right after getting up), you can put any hand in warm water, and the person will be peeing his pants shortly after. It's because when you go to the restroom and hold you-know-who, the hand feels warmth. While sleeping, the body needs to urinate. Having a hand in warm water is a que for the body to know it's okay to urinate. *Poof* (or more correctly, *splash*!), you have a grown man that just peed his pants as though he was a preschooler.

(Oh. Also works great on women, too. Although, yes, women don't have to hold you-know-what when they go, so don't ask me how it works on women, but I've seen it done. )
