My initial goal was to race the ZX3 as an AutoX car. After having a friend flip his Celica on a road course and not have insurance cover any, I've decided I don't want a $10,000 debt with a totalled car to go along with it. Obviously this is worst case, but the Focus is my only car since I sold my previous winter beater.

So here's my current car I've been prepping for a turbo setup, it's ready, I just need the rest of the money for the fund and a weekend to turn my stock motor into a 230whp autox demon.

What's that supposed to mean? I was asked if I had pictures of my Focus in another thread, so I post them and I get "Hardly a Protege". To me it sounds as if you're some Protege Elitest and because I didn't post a Protege, it's just not worthy? I guess you'll find trolls and elitests in any forum won't you... do I say your car is just a grocery getter cause it's a wagon"

You're correct. I'm told it's 1 of 12, mine being the only one in the midwest. I'm honestly not too happy with the bumper and plan on replacing it over the winter with an actual collection rs bumper. The lower grill opening bows which drives me nuts and I'm having some paint flaking issues too near one of the fog lamp holes. I'm just going to do it right this time and order the real bumpers.

(and I'm not trying to slam the P5, using it as an example)
