i thought it was very easy to tell the SHO walked him at every chance.... he put 3-5 lengths on him from a roll.

Let's see the Pontiac has, what? 12 valves? pushrods? hydraulic lash adjusters? power-robbing torque converter automatic? You can't polish a turd.

Don't get me started on GM bashing, I used to work for the General. Actually, I worked at a Toyota/GM dealership parts dept. As a result, I have no respect for GM. Whereas toyota actually tries to continuously improve their products (Kaizen, their corporate philosophy), GM just buys the absolute cheapest shit from the cheapest supplier. Period. If it breaks, oh well, it's cheap to replace under warranty, and when it goes out of warranty, hey, it's the customer's problem.
