I don't think he is looking for the blacked out headlights, but for the HID? units from Japan.

SD57, remember that in Japan they drive on the left side of the road so the headlights are going to be set up to not blind drivers on the right... if you put them on a US spec car then you are going to be blinding on coming traffic.
