Complaint has been registered with the IFCC.
Slopro2k, like others have said, the best course of action is to just hold on to that money for now. We'll let the legal system work this out. Hopefully then I'll get my $125 back.

the account is no longer in existence and was the only one I was able to find as I'm 99.9% he has opened more ebay accounts

the following are two emails from two of the people who left negative feedback:
I can't tell you exactly because it was so long ago, but if my memory serves me he said the auction was for a free something....lol. Anyway, I payed the amount, something like 5 bucks and found out all he gave me was a web site to a page with some pyramid scheme. It was something dumb that I could have found on my own. What exactly intrests you about him?
Sorry to take so long to reply, I haven't checked my mail all week. This is the guy that was selling information to get a free cell phone. I paid him $4 and the website he sent me to was a scam. He was a jerk to deal with and even though his feedback reply said he would have given a refund, he refused to do so when I asked for one.

Well i did filled a complain both with paypal and FBI (even tho if im from Canada) and beside paypal telling me they cant do anything about it i havent heard anything yet...
Oh well, ill just have to be more paranoyed from now on...

The FBI took about 2-3 weeks to respond back to me in my case....this is a much busier time of the year for internet scams though so you may have to be more patient.
I really hate this happened to you guys. Stuff like this makes doing business over the net real frustrating for vendors like me.

because this info needs to remain public for people to view. This person has been sent money and not shipped any items out. There is suspision of internet fraud. I stickied it so it wouldn't dissappear after a few weeks of inactivity.
We're waiting to hear something back from the FBI's internet fraud division about this.

How would I be able to get ahold of the that division? I have a separate incident I might need to have investigated.
