Hello pals

Can anyone help me about how to perform an electrical check, or others, of MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor, six wires conector. Not using computer interfase please.
Protege 2000 1.6L
Should i clean mine?
How?

All I know is from using cpu error codes. What kind of problems are you having that you are looking at the MAF?

 

Some hesitation at idle and when start runing.
I replace the MAF, put new one borrowed by dealer. My MAF is OK!
I correct the problem adjusting a litle free running of the cluth pedal an the clutch switch (below the pedal).
Now everything is OK!
