In fact, I don't believe that, lol. Yahoo.com news reports on what some Russian newspaper said, and no mention of the actual case except for the newspaper saying that the case was postponed.

 

It's the courts fault that this stuff even makes it to the bench. I say lock up any body that brings a bad lawsuit.
