1st, and most favorite car of my two that I've ever owned...
2000 Acura Integra GSR...mmm...DOHC VTEC.
I totaled that back in January of 2002, and then got the p5. Its no GSR, but its a little more practical.

My first car was a 1987 Audi 5000s
then an 80's dodge/plymouth aries k/reliant k wagon (a.k.a. the wonderwagon, as in I wonder how it kept running) No A/C or heat, no radio (except sporatic AM) and was 3 dif colors of grey (not too noticable).
Then a 1992 Ford taurus (piece of crap)
1994 Jeep Cherokee (gave it to my mom when she didn't have a car)
1999 Buick Recal LS (put nearly 200k miles on it when I traded it for my car now
2003 Mazda Protege 5

1984 VW Jetta -- nice dent in passanger front 1/4 panel. Learned to drive stick with it then crapped on it.
second car, 2002 toyota tercel (turtle), that car lasted a hell of a long time before I sold it and bought the 04 Mazda 3

WOW, what an old thread.
My first car was a 66 Chevelle. It was not an SS, but it was still pretty fast. It had a 283 with 2 speed powerglide tranny. Lethal combination. You haven't lived until you shift into low to pass someone at 50 mph. Slush box tranny FTW!

Yah, but still a fun one.
Think the "Sport Compact Car" thing is a new phenomenon? Think again! My first car was a 1974 Chevy Vega GT. I added headers and a glasspack muffler, a cam, high compression pistons, and dual Weber side draft carbs. Thing was fast enough for it's time (~1978 or so) to out drag many of the late 60's big block V8 muscle cars that were still being driven by many of my peers at the time.
Yeah, I'm old.

My first car was a Mazda ... B4000 V6 LE (ford ranger in a skirt)
fun as hell, got it in 2002 with 40k miles on it (it's a 1994).. my dad drives it sometimes now, it's back home in CT just chillin. 13mpg in normal driving, 20-21mpg highway achievable sorta a little... k only once.

The first car I called mine (although it didn't have my name on the title) was a 1972 Dodge Dart two door. My folks got it for my senior year in college. Great car with the slant six engine. Dark green with a white vinyl roof. The back seat laid down, I kept it that way with a serape I bought in Peru on it. It kept the ladies guessing just what I had in mind!
The first car I actually paid for myself is my 1981 RX-7. Still have her today.
