I've worked the same job for 6 years, its the only job Ive ever had. I make pizza, its actually a good job so I don't have anything to complain about.

Hehehe I worked there too. It wasn't so bad, I was the install lead and hung around all day watching TV in the bay.

worst job

Bottle depot..

I hated beer before I worked there.. imagine how much I liked it after having sorted beer cans in a tiny room (and think of what drunk people do to their beer cans..bleah!) for 10 hours a day for minimum wage..

The good part about it was.. in order to make it livable.. we drank and did the herbal thing while we worked.. hmm that's how I cope with my current job too.. :)

Worked for a Company that washed and sterilized reusable hospital gowns and towels...i used to do the washing...it was called Sort and Wash....these doctors would throw all the gowns and stuff in big biohazard bags...one time we found a whole amniotic sac(afterbirth)...arrrrrgh!!!!...found an amputated finger...it was all black and shriveled....lots of blood and fat ....I have a strong stomach

My worse job was probally.... Workig at Wendys. I hated it, I came home everyday crying.

Right now I work as a nursing assistant... Its cool, But after I finish my classes for EMT I am gone.

JPBlackMP5 Oct 14, 2002 02:55 PM

Cristy,
EMT to be the first on potentially grisly scenes? I don't envy the NA job. Isn't that difficult? my wife's an RN and see's how hard you all work.

Haven't we all worked at a fast food joint? Mine was Wienerschnitzel.

macdaddyslomo Oct 14, 2002 03:18 PM

oh yeah,I forgot...on mine you had to have hepatitus shots to even work there...pretty scary if you ask me....and it was called Soil-sort not sort and wash...i just remembered we found an eyeball too...one of the guys decided he would squish it....omg that was gross

i used to work for M&M Mars making snickers, skittles, starburst, candy bars and stuff. Anyway, the plant i worked at made over 75% of the snickers for the entire world. Now imagine the size of the vat used to keep chocolate hot as it pours.( nearly 2 stories tall) every 2 monthes me and 3 other people had to clean it. burnt chocolate nearly a foot thick on every square inch of surface. and the smell... ugh its been over a year and i cant even begin to forget.
