dont think I haven't been trying! I've been at a work conference all week in New Orleans......the city that never bathes.

 

When I think of New Orleans, I think of beads.... er, yeah, only beads.

 

NEw Orleans (well the frnech quarter at least) is a horribly filthy city. It was disgusting. Disgusting buildings, disgusting people, disgusting atmosphere......

I spent every night locked in my hotel room dousing myself with Lysol. I was worried that if I opened my mouth too far I might get some kind of herpes.

You can actually buy a shirt during your visit here that says "I am so mean, I vacation in Detroit". Seriously, though. I love the city, and its grittyness is just part of the experience. There is a very good quality of life in the metro area, even if some parts of the city proper are a bit run down.

They had t-shirts that said "I got Bourbon faced on **** street" and "Will F*ck for Sex"...Now THATS a classy city!!
