Hung out with the wife:
-Went out for sushi
-Watched Dan in Real Life
-Had a mocha and potato cake in a Korean coffeeshop
-Had two Becks, checked the forum, and went to bed
No extended family, just mellow.

What did you do?

 

ate at two different places, hung out with family

 

Caught up on some paperwork, fixed a side skirt that was not quite flush on the driver's side, and went to dinner with my in-laws at a nice local restaurant.

 

went to my 92 year old grandma's house for turkey. I have a HUGE family, and it's always nice to see everyone together in the same place.

Gramma makes a mean turkey, too.

 

Ate dinner with my family
Went to a hockey game
Had several beers
Went to a keg
Had lots more beer
Came home
Passed out..

 

I:

Made my 1st thanksgiving dinner(usually eat with a relative but no one lives by us anymore )
Drank 12+ beers
Played football with my son
Watched football
Had a little "alone time" with the wifey lol

 

Worked. On the plus side I did finally figure out a problem with the smoke detection system that had me stumped for over a week. It's so nice when equipment is upgraded but you don't have the new manuals!

 

- Had dinner at 1:30 with my mom's side of the family (just an aunt and uncle) with my mom, dad, sister, and her boyfriend at my house. I hate food and people so it was very 'meh'
- 5:30 or so went to visit my dad's side of the family (much, much larger.. probably 30 people were at the house). Hadn't seen that side of the family in a few years since I'm only home a week or two each year, so I couldn't find a decent excuse not to go.
- came home, read forums (mostly www.toprotege.com as any mostly-U.S. forum was dead), played a little Super Mario Galaxy, went to sleep.

didn't even drive my car and it got up over 60F yesterday! Today it never got above freezing, and tonight it is supposed to be 16F! :'( misery

can't wait to go back to Rochester in a couple days. gotta get the propane tank filled so I can have lots of fun doing maintenance on the car that I haven't had time to do in months. Maybe I'll finally conquer my exhaust leaks??

 

Ate till I puked, then i ate some more.

 

Seems like mostly beer, sports, turkey, family. A nice little slice of American pie!

I worked 72hrs this week so I spent most of the weekend in bed catching up on sleep.
