The pain will go away when the mutation is complete.

I haven't had a flu shot in forever, but from the other shots I have had I recall that some hurt longer than others due to your body's immune system fighting what was in the shot. That is how your body develops what it needs to fight the thing. Your doctor should be able to tell you how long it will hurt, if it is more than a couple of days then you should probably get it looked at.

Ewwww....I absolutely hate the feeling of water up my nose. I can't do any sprays because they make me feel like I'm drowning.

I think the nurse was a little rough with me....she stabbed my arm with a gleam in her eye!!

When I was in college we had to get shots before our sea year. They used compressed air guns to shoot the doses in our arms. We got hit in both arms at once. Talk about hurt!!

hm... i cant top that... but my wife had a nerve taken out of her leg/ankle, put into her face...and muscle taken out of her side, put into her face... then a 3rd surgery to connect the nerve/muscle (after which.. she went shopping)

she said the most painful part was taking the "stitch" out.. the doctor did 1 continous stitch around her ankle and up her leg. they pulled it out in one clean jerk.

oh yah... i forgot.. there's more... after her last surgery... where the put some "artificial" tendon in.. her face didnt like it... so.. she had to "clean it out" every so often, but putting a tube in a squirting in some kinda stuff.. my dad did it, no way i could do that! yuck! bascically her body rejected it.. to the point it "pushed" it out the incision... we went back down to the surgeon... he's kinda like... "well crap" - and finished pulling it out and threw it in the trash... gotta love that... i think shes finnaly given up 4 now.
