LOL!! (well I guess it's not funny if you take that too seriously but I think you're light-hearted about it)
Good luck!!!!!!

Like for one, I think that "Affirmative Action" crap is stupid and pointless. Students should be allowed in a University according to grades, academic abilities, and athletics ONLY.
Black/Minority leaders say it's compensation for slavery. I say get over it. Those times are over and your lucky to be born in this generation. You can't change the past.
Plus, I'm probably one of the FEW minorities who think Bush isn't racist lol.

Well he had more than enough reason to pull you over because of your phat washer lights(red, DOT illegal on front of a car) or your clear corner lights. Don't bitch tht he was racist, when he was really being ricist.

So don't bitch about what you don't know. Like I said in the beginning, I talked to my lawyer and he explained to me that I was innocent in my actions.
So unless you're a lawyer and know the laws of MD, or read the Troopers mind that he had good intentions. I really don't care for your comments.
You wasn't there, you wasn't in my situation, plus you probably wouldn't understand.

Well if I were to judge you on your excellent grammr "you wasn't there", I would think this story is just as much your fault as it is his. If you plan on trying to go off on someone at least make you that you can speak properly.

I don't care car. This is a thread, not an english class.
[B]Grammr?/B] you should try your spelling and stop getting on my case.
BTW, why are you so offended to what happened to me?

Redrims is actually one of the better typists here.... lol
It's easy to make a mistake, especially if you go back and edit one part of the sentence and forget to change the other part.
And to be fair redrims, it is hard to say exactly what the officer was thinking. I am not going to question you though because you were there and I wasn't.
Anyways, I hope you get this solved

I mean, I'm not quick to lable ppl a racist because I think of that as a strong insult.
I've been pulled over by white and black troopers before, but none of them were as arrogant and rude. Nor did any of them deliberately lie in my face and pass up a speeding car to lie and tell me I had a broken taillight.

you are the same as all of those other people who post "you should've done the speed limit" in those "I just got a speeding ticket" threads... that's nice... the guy JUST got a ticket, we don't know wtf happened... y'all just automatically label the person as "guilty" just as the lawmakers/police have INDIRECTLY intended... guess what? we don't know WTF happened... were you there? NO... do you know him? NO... do you know better than he does wtf happened? NO...
till then...
till then...

From what I sensed, the only reason why he pulled me over is because I am a young black male and he justed wanted to pin something on me or just to **** me off. He ignored the speeding car and the driver of the speeding car happened to be white...hmmm.
He lied about what he was writing the ticket for, lied saying my taillight was out, and when I POLITELY asked why he pulled me over, he rudely responded "I'll tell you when I get back".
So lets see...a rude, old male caucasian, I'm a young black male in a predominantly white area in another county far from my own, driving an import and obeying the law, bypassed the speeding car driven by a white male to come for me, had a maladroit way of pulling me over, and lied about the ticket so he can have a reason to pull me over.
Gee...I don't know. I wonder how I got that idea.

Just a quick question, where was the Jetta when he might have tried to "shoot" it with a radar or whatever?
I know radar can get dumb and he might have picked up the Jetta thinking it was you...At first, but he should have realized the Jetta was the one speeding. Although he could have thought you just hit the brakes. Who knows on that part, other than the cop?
But the rest sounds kind of jacked. He definitely had an attitude problem. Whenever I pull someone over I tell them everything up front (who I am, who I work for, and why I stopped them), then ask for the stuff (D.L., reg, and ins.)...

I doubt that the Trooper used his radar, because I think my detector would have picked it up. It could have missed it, but I highly doubt it.
BTW, are you are Policeman/Trooper too?

and you don't have tints , so he most likely saw you while you saw him and just wanted to make sure ,,. that is mainly another reason why I have tints, cause I live in a area that is upper class and the police can be a pain when they want , but they don't bother you for the most part, although I have been pulled over by a officer going the other direction who popped a U turn , to pull me over to tell me I was doing 50 in a 45 ... hmmmm ,.... It so happens I saw the same officer when my dad crashed his jetta ,, when my dad was there and he says " there are a lot of drugs in that area and I was just checking, it wasn't because you were black or anything" .... I was like asswhipe , do u know what you just said
but hey I look at it as whatever as he is more ignorant than I will ever be on my most ignorant day .....
sorry to hear you had to experience that

ok look at it this way , if he was speeding and the officer clocked him speeding , then why did he not mention anything about his speed . why hide that ,, that is another ticket that could have been written UNLESS ........
hmmm a officer with a turbo mp3 ,,...
that is something to be seen ....

To make it even worst, my own father didn't even believe me. I am still pissed at him. I came to him to tell him what happened and he...whatever My mom listened and I expected her to believe me of course, but I came to my STEP-dad for advise. Now, I don't even want to talk to him.
I mean, I usually do drive over the speed limit, but this time I was obeying the posted speed limit for some odd reason. Actually, I was doing like 4mph under it cause it was raining lightly. I wouldn't even lie over something this simple. The ticket is only $50. Nothing much. I was upset about the principle of the matter; why he pulled me over, what he said/lied about, picking me instead of a speeding car, and his unecessary attitude.
I wish I had a camera in my car.

Just giving you all an update if anyone cares.
It was determined that he had no right to pull me over nor give me a ticket.
The MD State Police Headcourters said he was entirely wrong because he was out of jurisdiction and that their should have NOT been any citation at all for what he wrote me down for. It should have been a warning ONLY. They said he had no right to do that and that he wasn't following procedures.
I'm not sure if my mother and I want to go through with this complaint. I'm not really looking to gain anything out of it, except for maybe making sure he gets repromanded or temporarily suspended at the worst. Nothing more.
Because of the ticket, my tags were temporarily suspended for NO reason (it has been taking care of now). Since this was early this year and I'm busy in school, I really don't feel like pursuing it with the police department. I just thought that I would share with you all that I was right and he was completely wrong.
Thanks Peace
