I noticed that too, it looks like it has the factory wings(yes two wings not double stacked) from the RS model and a GT-S model.

Edit: Sorry I was wrong the tall wing is after market it's not from a GT-S. Still

This is not an altered picture but it is a set-up picture. The car isn't really a cop car, last I had heard. I forgot exactly where this is, but an STi owner dressed his car up and works with the police department for a program that is designed to discourage street racing.

It is Wonderspark's car on ClubWRX.net. It is not that way anymore. He works for the Colorado State Patrol. It was just a display car. Here are some more shots.
