Anyone whose going I suggest if you want to meet up Sept. 19th(Friday) at around 8pm-9pm so we all know who's showing, I have a place. It just so happens my folks stay 20mins away from Atlanta Motor Speedway which means free room and board for me.

Early Saturday morning, we meet up again at the same lot and caravan to the show. There aren't any abandoned lots around there but there is a huge one that's empty half the time. It's right in front of Ashley's Furniture store(1930 Mt Zion Rd, Morrow, GA 30260-3316). Here's a link for directions from there to AMS.

HWY 75 is right there so it'll be easy to find. I'll reply back with the exit number later. If you need directions to get to the lot, just zoom out and trace the route you need to take or put in your address and it'll do it for you. So, what do you all think?

if you are showing on saturday what time do you expect to get there?

 

last year the judging started at 10am so if you are competeing and not just chillin, get your car setup before you head to the speedway. Also, bring sunblock. I got the worst sunburn of my life there. One more thing, Georgia cops are the worst. Don't speed, burnout, or screw around in anyway while on city streets. The dude i went with got a ticket for 380 bux for doin 103mph. He had my radar detector but when it went off he didn't slow down!!!

Oh yeah, and bring mad film. There is so much crap to take pictures of: lambo's, GT3's, jumping competition, and of course the girls! You can't check out the whole show in one day so stay for the weekend. It's sooo sweet.

well, my g/f and i are going to be there...so i guess its just you and me p2k...

 

most proteges are showing in the green section under protegeclub.com, mazdamp3.com or promazda.com. Hopefully my interior will be done by then and I'll be in the green section. If not I'll still go.

 

why the green section? i thought the yellow was for all the mazdas.

 

i think green section is for clubs. if you register under protege5.com or mp3.com or msp.com or promazda or intense you will be in the grass area because all of the proteges that register under those names will be together in the grass area.

 

Ill be going. Not sure if Ill show tho. But meeting up would be cool.
