i think it should be "you have to be able to hear the radio station... haha" - i live about 15-20 minutes from SC.
and if won it, i'd take the $5k outta the trunk... sell the car

i know they upgraded the interior also..
but, anyway, i think its cool they chose a m3 to give away.. instead of.. say.. a honda..
