Mazda 6 Question.

Hey All!!

Hope you all had a fabulous weekend !! I was out with a friend shopping around for a car for him. We drove a BMW M3 ('97 so that was a no-go) but I've really gotten him into Mazdas. He has his eye on the Mazda 6. We drove an '04 and he loved it (leather interior, five speed, ect). The pice is $21 grand.

He's wondering what the difference is between the five door Mazda 6 (which is more expensive) and just the Mazda 6. Does the five door just offer more room? He's also wondering about lowering the car (it's a smooth drive and he doesn't want to mess with the comfort), he's wondering about rims (what size), and just a general opinion about the car...... he's not too knowledgable with cars.

I thought I'd help him out by asking you guys - I'm learning about cars and don't know much but you guys have all helped me out quite a bit in the past so I thought you could help me out with this too!!

Thanks a bunch and have an awsome week!!!

i think the 5 door only comes with the v6 option as opposed to the i wich would be cheaper, but i am not sure if this is true or not. i would go with the 17s for rim size, if you go to 18's you start gettin into rubber band type tires, i think eibach already has a kit out for some lowering springs.... and mazda speed does as well i believe.
