Well after loosing my g/f last weekend, i decided to find ways to cope.

1. Finally meet up with Bryan (islandprospeed) and the bastard helped out quite a bit, and now i can say i have rode in a 1gen protege
2. Treat your car to a rebuiid (se-r is gonna get rebuilt before boost is added next weekend)
3. Buy your self a awesome new set of clothes (taking friends taht are girls to pick out clothes for you rules!)
4. BE LAZY!
5. Get drunk (this one didnt work too well)
6. Meet some new people
7. Take on a **** load of hours at work! To earn more money
8. Take up a second job to earn even more money.
9 work on a fireworks stand with a friend for 10 days during the summer and make 2500 bucks....
10. BOOST a SR20 (coming soon to my garage)
11. get laid (working on this one)

 

those are all good ideas.. even getting drunk ;D nah, but seriously.. after i lost my gf, i decided i was goin back to bein just plain ol' me. bought myself some new gear, cleaned up the car, went out cruising a lot more, met hella new people and had a lot of fun. now i've got more self respect than i ever have. be yourself, and have fun. and bryan needs to come through colorado and drink with me sometime!

 

haha yea, bryans a cool bastard, we just hung out in omaha and lincoln, ate some dinner and ****. he also gave me this little bottle of alcohol (forget what it is....lol) as a graduation present i guess.

12. find out your best friend is persuing things with your now ex, confront him about it, as i asked him as a friend not to talk to her... yet he still does...

hard to make-up for "love", but getting laid helps for about a few hours or so.
buying stuff really helps out.

but the best imo (and may seem cynical), is when girls wanna hook up and u say "no". not very nice sometimes, but it helps to fill that void...

...oh yeah, the best way to get another (or multiple) girl(s) is to really (sincerely) like who u are. i don't know why, and someday all men alike will understand this phenomena, but women see and are drawn to confindence. have pride in who u are, enjoy who u are and for some reason women see that and like being in ur company...

A women will always come and go , they tend to be never permenant unless they assert themselves and make themselves permanent. And don't bother with getting Drunk cause that is a depressant , you are already depressed, you don't want to be in a worse situation. You need to get out and socialize, go to the club , go to the bar , chill and hang out with the fellas. Girls are nice but just rember they outnumber men like 6 to 1 or something like that , so there are plenty to go around ....

My friend it is not even that serious , socialization is the key here , you need to get out and chill and meet people .. This is how I got over my last girl. You will get over this and you will move on...
Shoot all I concentrate on now is getting my education and as many degree's as I can get under my belt. and also getting my Protege turbocharged and hopefully this 323 boosted also ...

im just getting sick of her now walking all over me, blaming it all on me. i mean common now im not a ******* *****. oh well though after talking to her best friend, i fully understand things, and she is willing to loose all because she has a crush on my friend. well **** that, thats not the type of girl i need.

so yea, socailizing, i need to get back to my old habits, drinking i probably wont do that again for a long while as it always leads to bad, and turbo charging... well thats in the works

oh btw tho bruce, on that dying note, a girl at my work lost her b/f this weekend (he died) in a car wreck.... so one person to pray for. feel sad for her, but i think i made her smile today

 

I wish I could agree with you all but, that advice was fine when I was in my twenties.

My girl of three years decided that she needed some space and time to "figure" things out. I'm 33 she's 35 WTF. Does this bs ever change? I can't take this **** anymore. Everyting I do, hear, see, etc reminds me of her and us.

I almost lost the woman I AM in love with a few years ago...long story that I won't go into....none the less....when you ARE in love with them....it will REALLY turn your life upside down and you inside out. if you were only almost in love with this woman.....close your eyes....move on....and my best advise is not to go looking for a woman to fall in love with....cause you will find that special someone in the least likely place....and when you aren't looking to find her. It just happens. IF this was ment to be.....it will happen. Just try not to get to bent out of shape over it.

Nice list man. I've been there, done that. It's cool to be single though. I mean, me and my woman have been togetherfor just about a year now (11.5 months or something like that) and she's great, but at times I wish I could just have room to do whatever I wanted without having to worry about how much **** I'm going to be in.

 

yea thats what im trying to do sirnuke... just close my eyes and move on, ive been doing ok, just until last night where she had to call me and continue to make it worse. also talking to her friend made it 10x worse, tho she helped a lot, i found out more and more thats going on with her. what a girl, she literally is just trying to blame it all on me, make me miserable, walk all over me, and take advantage of everything in my life that she can.

ahhh **** her though, im not going to take that. basically there are two roads i can take, not talk to her at all.... or call her and put her in her place (what id really like to do, but could work out worse anyways)
