2-----------------13-22mph
3------------------23-30
4------------------30-38
5------------------39-75

damn!!

i thought you were like 19-20 ish!!!!

i had no clue..

well its a good way to gain information about driving and what needs your car needs
welcome to the world of driving my (and many others) good friend

you will find that your car is a tool to use when you are in realationship problems and if your getting bched at, at home

i useto do it all the time (even before i did my tax and title transfer, then i couldnt anymore.. damnit!)

as far as your shifting, your doing fine... get useto your car ans shifts, then start doing you testing...

i like having fun every once and a while (back when my dad baught a fiero) i wouldnt shift untill about 1000 RPM's before red line... but normally 3000RPM's you shift... i like to listen to the motor, sometimes it seems easier to shift by the sound of the motor then RPM's

I had no idea you weren't driving yet.
Congrats on getting your license.
And yeah, you are shifting like an old lady, but considering your age and the fact that you just got your license I'd say you are doing a good job of playing it relatively safe. And it's a good way to learn your shift point. I've been driving for so long I don't really look at the tach any more, unless I've really got the stereo cranked and can't hear the engine.
Be careful out there.

...so, does this mean that you will not be spending countless hours online anymore, digging up amusing e-Bay listings and the like for our entertainment?

I checked the garage, too, because I was curious what you've done to your Protege in all this time since joining this forum in September. If not driving, then surely wrenching? What car did you get those performance numbers from... 672hp (or so), quarter mile time in the elevens at 139mph, etc? And yet again, you have amused me.

kicks and giggles towards the profile lol.

yea, mods so far:

ebay speed chip (best .99 i ever spent!!1)
22" OZ racing wheels
Midnight Tint

ok, seriously... no mods so far. unless you count taking off the DX on the side of my car and that beeping when your keys are in the ignition. i got an ebay SRI but it was nothing but problems...ALWAYS threw a CEL no matter what. i might go out and put it on again, but i dont know if the vacuum leak was because of the SRI or if it was there since i got the car.
