1986 Toyota Camry. Dark blue with a dark blue corduroy interior. It was reliable, but slow- unsuited for any type of motorsports except bracket racing, because it would run 17.5x @ 76 mph all day

First car worth talking about was a 1971 Datsun 240Z, but that's another story

known as The Tank..

'71 Ford 4dr 'Broughm' LTD - 429 4bbl - boy, that car was fun - drop the auto into 1st and floor it and you've got TORQUE!! actually, i even like the looks of the car - it had that 'face', and there was no divider between the doors - when you rolled down all the windows, the interior was totally open.

Arent there damn engine's bullit proof ,,, I mean you could not kill it with a shot gun

After a couple of years the ECU blew cause someone kicked the a/c drain releif hose and the condensation dripped on the ECU. I was going to put a JWT ECU in but instead I got a used ECU and spent the JWT ECU money on a 91 DX. I bought my Pro for $700 cash with 114,000. The camera used to take the pic is like $20,000...Way more than my ride. A friend of mine works in the Visual Media group at my job!

yeah Bruce, my Jetta was a beast. Other than it clicking from burning oil too much, it ran perfect. Sold it for $1100 after I bought my Protege. Only bought it for $400. Dropped all the money from my Jetta into my stereo system for the Pro (same day) and then bought license plates.

My first car was a 1980 Mazda RX7. What a car! It was probably the funnest car I had ever driven. I had to send it to the bone yard though, some idiot stole it and went joy riding. had lots of mods too. There wasnt much of it when I got it back.

RIP

Yep that's her... I really busted my *** for this car. I paid it off last year, I'm not going thru that whole "I want a new car" bit again until I graduate. After college I'll be interested in getting a new one.

A '69 Triumph Spitfire. Rusty, dented, moldy smelling, torn convertible roof cover, bad electrical wiring but I adored every inch of that car. Not very fast on the top end but when you can hold a steady 60 MPH through ANY curve, who needs it.
Gonna be my first restoration car when I have the time.

My first car is my current 91 DX Protege. i'll prolly keep it till i'm out of high school, c/o 2003 baby! (yea im young oh well). I kinda want to get a 2004 protege at that point, assuming the next generation is appealing.
