Door Problems?

Door Problems?
My front passenger side door is out of line or something.
When you open it, the front of the door scrapes the fender.
Looking at it it looks like the door is out of line or something.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
(ive looked thru searches and everything, still couldnt find anything)
