Do you work-out?
I workout 7-9 times per week. 4-6 track and field workouts/week + 3 weight workouts. 195lbs 6'3" very little body fat (don't need non-muscle weight for when I'm sprinting or jumping).
Of course, I'm very careful about staying away from banned substances because in Canada, if you're caught, you're finished!
