Yeah the 2nd one is a different year (same model design), but the first 1st and the 3rd one are different models

1st pic: 98-99 all models except SE
2nd pic: 2000-2001 all models
3rd pic: 98-99 SE only

If you own an altima and like a certain light design, nothing a little light swap can't fix
