Damn rattling!!!

I'm getting so sick of all the random rattling going on behind the dash, that **** drives me nuts! I have one that's right under/behind the steering column and I can't find where it's coming from. It's gotta be one of the biggest annoyances about my car ... I wanna break everything when I hear it.

I found out that if I press down on the gauge bezel then it stops ... but I dunno how the hell to go about getting rid of it. Weird thing is that it does it even when I take the bezel off. I just don't know, but it does **** me off!

My car rattles like crazy too. My gauge bezel, the pocket above my stereo.....It pisses me off. I actually had a debate with someone on this forum about how bad the interiors in these cars rattle.

Yea .. I remember, you were comparing then to Hondas right? Even though it rattles like hell sometimes I still prefer it over just about any Honda (except S2000).

Mine never buzzed when it was stock...now it buzzes like crazy. When the faceplate is off the stereo it's freaking annoying.

Yea I know I'm mainly responsible for the rattling because I took the cluster in and out at least 10 times already, but still ... it's ANNOYING!!!

all cars, even hondas rattle too after a while. my friend's rsx has some mad shakes in the dash. doesnt help that he also dropped a screw somewhere when he installed a new headunit, so he knows theres at least 1 source of the rattles which was his fault.

i drove around with the radio half off the dash and that seemed to stop the rattle. there was still some rattle under the shift plate (after i installed the kartboy shifter). but i dont like having my bezel hanging on the dash so i pushed it back in, i'm sure it was radio pocket or the black bar between the pocket and the head unit that is rattling. just need to find a day i can open it up and tighten some screws or what have you.
