As I told you when you went to France, we will prefer to continue to work with partner because :
- they know very well our habits and always meet our needs,
- they know very well our products and our business
- we never met any difficulties in invoicing and payment of vat and customs fees.

Today with the new forwarder xxxxxxxxwe have lost a great quality level . They seem to know anything about our products and our business, and they don't respect our shipment constraints.

Today we received 8 invoices from VDH that represent 125209€. On these 8 invoices we have to pay 4901€ more for customs duties because they declare goods on 90200090 category instead of 90192000 category. I don't know if we are going to be able to collect these euros from the customs.I am very angry because this mistake it's really due to a misappreciation of facts.

It's why I renew my demand to continue to work with xxxxx, who knows very well customs regulation and business habits.
