Dude, Chances are if they were driving a POS Chevy Blazer, and were drunk, and had a susended license, and couldn't afford insurance, you ain't gonna get **** if you SUE them. That makes no sense, you SUE someone who has money, not a jobless alcoholic with no insurance....haha....

BINGO!!! Thats where I am screwed, He is, or was a carpenter, I drove by the residence in which he lives in, its in a bad part of town, a POS house and 3 cars in the front which all appear to be broken down, so how much money do you think I could get from this guy. A judge did bring up a good point to me though, if I take this matter to civil court I cant sue him for loss of income, pain and suffering, the remaining amount of property valud on the car, and also down payment for the new car, and he will have to make payments to me of a sum per month til he is payed off, thats whenever he gets out of jail of course.
