This is the best cd ive heard in a while. 311 fans will love it and others will fall in love with them. Its refreshing to hear good music come back into the scene. Im so sick of hearing how big rappers wheels are and how many diamonds are in their front teeth. If you dont own any 311 cd's start with this one and then work back to the old ones. Great feel good band thats all about good vibes.

 

I'll have to pick it up. I have all their other albums and hope this is just as full of originality and energy.

 

Haha, you don't know how many times I say that. Dude rock is the ****, I can relate to it. I feel lost when these guys talk about all there money and ****. I love rock, all rock. I listen to everything, from simple plan to hatebreed.

 

I picked it up yesterday...absolutly love it! I started listening to 311 when they released Soundsystem, had to go and get all the other CD's the mall had. I think Evolver is an appropriate tittle-the majority of songs on the new CD are diffrent from what I am used to liking from them...but it only took two listens to realize I like almost every song,(the ones I'm not sure about will probably grow on me-as is the case with every other 311 CD I have).

Side note: I am going to see them (for the second time) in Concert on AUG. 17 at the Virginia Beach Ampitheater!!!

 

Im going to see them on saturday, that will be # 4 and then August 1st will be # 5! I cant wait they are my favorite band of all time.

 

Must be a small world, 311 is also my favorite band. I wish I could have seen them as many times as you...all in due time
I think I already found a favorite on the new CD-Sometimes Jacks rule the Realm- Not even sure how many times I've listened to it so far

Thrice is hard as nails. I grew up on Circle Jerks and Public Enemy. My oldest brother made me listen to that at like age 4.
