That would DEFINATELY be nice. We all could meet at the Import Wars in June. Its in Eping, NH, only 30 minutes away from Hampton Beach, and an hour and a half from Boston.

what would really kick *** , is if we had a Big Protege meet, in a state Park , somewhat similar to MAPP , but just in new york , there are 2 big parks that we could do it in , there is the Franklin D Roosevelt Park of off the Taconic State Parkway in new york .. or we could have it in the Lake George Park in Lake George new york , wich is about 2 or 3 hours from me , but a bit closer to those from out of state..........
Figure that everyone could bring something , we could have grills , fry up some burgers and dogs, have some volyball nets , get a game going,.. chat chill or whatever....
Also figure that the Franklin D Park has way more parking than the Lake George, as LG is a bit tight , but the have a lot of grass land, something like this we could hold while it is really warm like in July or August ,... post here and let us know what you guys think ....

Thats a cool idea, Bruce. For suggestions I also want to add Fort Williams, Cape Elizabeth Maine. Thats where the Portland Head Light is. They hold car shows there every year, they have tons of grass and parking space. Last year I saw really nice older cars. It was an MG Club meeting, I think, but besides tons of small british cars, there were Jaguars V-12 - E-Types, one of the earlier Bentelys, and tons other exotics. I have no clue when it is available, but I can find out.

problem with bear mountain park , is that you can't park next to where the grills are going to be, you have to park and then walk to the grilling area... with Taconic state now, it will be easy for everyone to get to , why ..... 1 you can't get lost ..... and also we stand a good chance of getting the guys from PA , NY , NYC , NJ , CT , and some of the further north guys to come and attend , even Wil from Maryland was thinking about coming on up to the meet..

thing is , i would like to keep it in ny , cause at least then it is more central and the guys from the north can come out and play and the guys from Jersey , South Jersey and some parts of PA , and also CT can come down ..... As for the date i figure we should do it on a weekend cause that is the best time to do it as most people are off... We have 4 ok's so far , is there anyone else down
