hello all, we are figuring for a meet in kent connecticut, on the 3rd of may. thats a saturday. if you are planing to make it please post that you are, so i can get a roundabout number of whos coming. thank you

ill rally some mazdaspeed troops. Us northeastern CT and RI/MA members can all cruise down to kent together

i was hopin to get a protege group together this summer in the worcester, MA area. For NH,ME,MA,CT,RI ppl to all go to. Id love to cruise route 1 from hampton beach up past kittery a little ways sometime this summer with some other proteges.

In a couple of weeks I am going to be going up to the boston area to meet with a turbo mp3 from NH. Hoping to get a couple more MSPs to join in. Not really a meet, i just need to get some gear from the NH protege and figure why pass up an opportunity for a photo shoot :) if anyone wants to stop in, lemme kno and I will keep you posted if anything develops

at any rate i am down for any new england protege/car/mazda meets/clubs/groups

High Body, I saw your 323 on 244 a few weeks ago on your way into eastford. Cant believe that is the first time I have seen your car since I go by EES and through putnam on a daily basis..

I live in Londonerry which is next to Manchester, basicly a short drive from Salem, which is on 93 south or Nashua which is on rt 3 south.

all the eastern MA kids can hop on the train around worcester, and the RI/eastern CT ppl can meet up with you all on 84 in CT

is there going to be a large population from NJ/NY/PA there?

just wondering because I havent seen many posts from ppl in that area.....and it doesnt seem fair to have the Maine/NH ppl drive so far and take time off from work and everything to be able to make it if there arent ppl driving the same distance in the other direction to get to it too.....


not tryin to cause problems but if there are 15 out of 16 ppl goin to the meet coming from CT/RI/MA/NH/ME it would make sense to have the meet in like worcester/boston MA so everyone drives the same

i hope this is not the case though and that a lot of NJ/NY ppl plan on coming too. This does sound like it will be big....

oh and I missed the posts while this meet was in its early stages, why are we going to kent? is there a parking lot or park or something there that we are planning on meeting at?

I should be there , but the only thing is I have class on saturdays ,,,, (you do what you gotta do) ... so I am not sure and kent is lik 2 hours away so i don't know how this will work out ... I do hope I can make it though

Kent Falls state park is an ideal place for a car meet. It's in a beautiful rural area with a large parking lot that will accomodate a large number of cars. There are cooking facilities available and plenty of room to spread out. There's also a neat trail you can climb up along to observe the falls.

When tradr organized the meet there last year we all had a good time. As I recall, we had people there from CT, NY and NJ but nobody from PA.

yeah the maine chapter didnt make it last year, and i figured if people from NJ were gonna come i didnt want it to be in mass, so i figure ct is about halfway for NJ and maine. it should be a good meet. there will defentally be more people here this year.

I pop my head in there sometimes and theres not a whole lot of rotary members from CT but they are always dying for a meet of some kind so i was gonna tell em to come to kent

I think thats cool with me. I like RX-7s, so go ahead and let them know. The more Mazdas we have there, the better.

There could be a few turbo proteges, What year r u talking about? I know Turbo1g has a 1st gen and i know turbo projects are going on dont know if any other 1st gen turbos will be there. And i know some MSP people posted about coming...Jon

Well i rode in turbo1g's last year, it was a great ride. Any year is fine with me i just love proteges. Im tryin to get my hands on one but ive gtotta save up so more money. Im only 16 and dont get my license till november. But me and my dad r coming up to Kent.

honestly i odnt no that much about turbos expect that they have a great sound and there a great increase in HP. Im such a dork i no lol but wuts the most powerful one t88? Oh yea thats guy whos bringin his sister, how old is she?
